Services mark the 'day Sussex died' 110 years ago
A poignant day of remembrance is taking place right here in Battle as we mark 110 years since the tragic 'day Sussex died'. Services will honour the bravery of the 366 men lost at the Battle of the Boar's Head, a devastating event deeply etched in our local history.
